The Nexion Health Foundation(“Foundation”) makes financial contributions that support the educational, social, civic, and humanitarian goals of eligible Nexion Associates and their immediate family members.
One 4 One Giving
The One 4 One Giving Program matches donations made by eligible Nexion Associates to one qualified local, regional, or national charitable organization per year.
Eligibility
- Nexion Associates are considered eligible to apply on the first of the month following ninety (90) days of consecutive full-time employment.
- One 4 One Program matching donations are at the discretion of the Foundation Board of Directors and are based on a review by the Foundation Board of Directors of completed applications and supporting 501(c)(3) letter and proof of contributions, submitted by December 31st.
- The Foundation reserves the right to limit annual contributions made to any one charitable organization or individual.

Volunteer Plus
The Volunteer Plus Program provides financial assistance to eligible charitable organizations for which Nexion Associates volunteer their time and talent serving their community and supporting the health, well-being, and futures of the elderly and disabled, their families and caregivers.
Eligibility
- Nexion Associates are considered eligible to apply on the first of the month following ninety (90) days of consecutive full-time employment.
- Volunteer Plus Program contributions are at the discretion of the Foundation Board of Directors and are based on a review by the Foundation Board of Directors of completed applications and supporting 501(c)(3) letter and proof of volunteer service, submitted by December 31.
- Annual contributions to any one organization shall not exceed $250 and will be limited annually to at most two (2) organizations per eligible Associate.
- The Foundation reserves the right to limit annual contributions made to any one charitable organization or individual.
