Hospitality- Everyone who works here must have a good attitude and be respectful to each other and especially the residents and families. The people exude that Southern Charm. Professionalism ā The staff all the way from dietary, nursing, housekeeping, therapy and the office personnel are second to none. Everyone here knows what it takes to make this facility operate. Poise- It is no secret the past months have been hard, the pandemic was and continues to be a difficult environment to operate in, and every day the staff here muster on making Holly Springs the best.
I have worked at Indianola Rehab & Healthcare Center since June, 2017. Like the seasons come and go so does life at the facility. We have an awesome team that provides decorations for the seasons and the holidays, activities for the residents, nursing care 24/7, 365 days a year and CNAs that provide daily living care to some of the best residents that I know and have known. Our Therapy team is top notch with some of the most caring therapists around. The residents enjoy the daily interactions with the entire team. We have a Silver AHCA/NCAL national quality award that we worked hard to obtain and are so proud of. One of the best things that Summer 2021 allowed the facility and residents was actual visitation with family and friends rather than digital or through the windows. We still have to observe the six (6) foot rule but to see family and residents faces light up makes my heart shine. We are constantly striving to increase the number of residents that live in the facility so if you have family, friends or neighbors that require either short term or long-term care, please recommend Indianola Rehab & Healthcare Center. We would love to have them come and stay with us!
Golden Creek Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is truly a Golden Nursing Facility in Navasota. From the kind-hearted staff to the best residents. It provides great care from short-term to long-term stay. I feel blessed to work for a company that really cares for their residents and employees. It makes my heart happy knowing that those needing nursing care have a safe, secure place that welcomes them with open arms.

North Star Ranch is home to me. Being that we are a smaller facility, you really get to know the residents who live here, as well as the families. You know them on a first name basis, and they know you and your family. The families care because they know we care. I can’t see myself working anywhere else, as I love all of my residents. I have been a therapist for fifteen years, and have had the pleasure of working at Green valley for the last four years.
