Employee Testimonials
I have worked here since 1986. I started out as a CNA, then became a rehab tech, moved to CNA supervisor, then Activities Director. All I can say is WOW what an experience!
I enjoy working with awesome staff. Our residents really enjoy the desserts I prepare for them. I really look forward to the renovations coming to the facility!
Indianola Rehab is a wonderful place to work. We are very family oriented, and we take care of each other. The facility is a place where we show love and respect. This is home away from home for our residents that we love and care for every day.
Since joining the North Star team almost a year ago, I have been able to further expand on my health care career goals. We, as a team, help to provide our residents with the very best care possible. My department has been given the direction and tools necessary to accomplish this goal. North Star seems to be committed to quality healthcare and I am proud to be a part of the team.
As the Administrator of Arbor Hills, I am so privileged every day to be able to help provide a happy, loving, and safe home where our beloved residents can thrive. It is a joy to come to work every day!
I began working here 6 years ago as a wound care nurse. I love the staff I work with and the residents I care for. The residents become like family. Each one holds a special place in your heart. I could not imagine working anywhere else and I am thankful to be a part of Delta Health and Rehab.
I have been a CNA at Village Creek for 6 years. I love working here because it feels like home. We are all team players and everyone gets along. It’s a great atmosphere to work in!
At Gulf Shores, I work with amazing coworkers, our food is delicious, and I like working under the supervision of Pablo Pillado, Director of Nursing.
I started here in 1977 in Laundry then became a CNA. I left and went to nursing school. Once I received my nursing degree, I came back. Ms. Albertha taught me everything I know as a nurse. I work with Dynamic people here. I have made really good friends while working here. I run into family members of residents I have taken care of over the years. We talk and laugh about the good times we shared. This really makes me happy to know I touched their lives and their loved one’s life. It is my calling to work for Gonzales Healthcare center.
Picayune Rehab and Healthcare Center is truly the best place to work! I enjoy working here for many reasons! I love the staff and residents, the warm and welcoming environment. We always have a blast together.
I have worked at Indianola Rehab & Healthcare Center since June, 2017. Like the seasons come and go so does life at the facility. We have an awesome team that provides decorations for the seasons and the holidays, activities for the residents, nursing care 24/7, 365 days a year and CNAs that provide daily living care to some of the best residents that I know and have known. Our Therapy team is top notch with some of the most caring therapists around. The residents enjoy the daily interactions with the entire team. We have a Silver AHCA/NCAL national quality award that we worked hard to obtain and are so proud of. One of the best things that Summer 2021 allowed the facility and residents was actual visitation with family and friends rather than digital or through the windows. We still have to observe the six (6) foot rule but to see family and residents faces light up makes my heart shine. We are constantly striving to increase the number of residents that live in the facility so if you have family, friends or neighbors that require either short term or long-term care, please recommend Indianola Rehab & Healthcare Center. We would love to have them come and stay with us!
I love working here because the floor staff is amazing. The residents and staff are my second family. Together we are a Team!
I’m the DON at McKinney and I’ve been here 9 months. I’ve actually been with Nexion for as long as I remember- it’s been over 10 years! I am pregnant and this is my 3rd Nexion baby. I love Nexion, I grew up with Nexion. I started as a CNA and here I am as a DON. I have 4 more days till my due date and here I am working because I love to come to work and take care of my residents. We have a great staff and I want to be here for them. I love it here and I feel the best when I can help my residents.
I really enjoy working at Picayune Rehab. It’s close to home and everyone treats each other like family. Everyone goes out of their way to help others.
Enjoy working here at Great Oaks. Enjoy spending time with the residents and talking with them about their lives when they were young (learning a lot of history).
I like to work here because I like the staff and they are very friendly!
I have worked at Crystal for 7 years and I enjoy working with a great team. I love the residents and enjoy helping and assisting them in their needs. It’s such a great joy to see the smiles on their faces during the day.
I enjoy working at Golden Creek. It is such a family-oriented environment. I love caring for the residents here. Just knowing that I make a difference in someone’s stay makes it worthwhile.
As a new hire at Picayune Rehab, one of the best things so far about working here is the opportunities provided to learn new areas and expand my nursing about my job focus. One of my favorite things is seeing a resident with a wound heal and close.
Working at Picayune Rehab gives you the privilege of making a genuine difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
