Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

What an incredible journey for Mrs. Gaskin! 💙

After arriving at The Bluffs following a CVA with significant right-sided weakness, Mrs. Gaskin worked hard with our therapy team to regain strength, independence, and confidence. Through skilled therapy, she made tremendous progress with transfers, dressing, and mobility and is now preparing to return home!

A retired truck driver with more than 20 years of experience, Mrs. Gaskin is looking forward to relaxing on the porch with friends and enjoying her favorite TV shows. We are so proud of all she accomplished and wish her continued success at home! 🎉👏 ...

I have been working at The Bluffs for over 4 years, and I’ve loved every minute of it! All members of the staff are amazing to work with and so easy to communicate with. I have learned so much during my time here; we care for many patients who present with a large spectrum of diagnoses. It’s great to be able to witness how much everyone here impacts the lives of all the patients in a positive manner. The best part of my working here is seeing the patients who came to our facility with difficulty performing certain tasks, present with improvement in overall function and independence in their daily activities. More importantly, I love seeing the positivity the patients emit and the genuine happiness they exude while they are here.
