Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

❤️ A Successful Journey Home! ❤️

Mr. Thomas Parker came to The Bluffs following fractures to both lower extremities and began therapy with limited endurance. In just three weeks, his hard work and determination led to great progress in transfers, strength, and functional endurance! 💪

Now, Mr. Parker is heading home with greater independence and looking forward to getting back to one of his favorite hobbies—creating crafts from aluminum. 🏡✨

Congratulations, Mr. Parker! It was a pleasure being part of your journey, and we wish you all the best at home! ❤️

I have been working at The Bluffs for over 4 years, and I’ve loved every minute of it! All members of the staff are amazing to work with and so easy to communicate with. I have learned so much during my time here; we care for many patients who present with a large spectrum of diagnoses. It’s great to be able to witness how much everyone here impacts the lives of all the patients in a positive manner. The best part of my working here is seeing the patients who came to our facility with difficulty performing certain tasks, present with improvement in overall function and independence in their daily activities.
