Nexion Health Earns 197 Customer Experience Awards in 2026

Nexion Health is proud to announce that its facilities have earned 197 Activated Insights Customer Experience Awards for 2026, reflecting strong performance in resident and family satisfaction across its multi-state portfolio.
The awards are based entirely on direct feedback from residents and families and recognize excellence in key areas including Dining Services, Professional Therapy Services, Admission Process, Communication, Nursing Care, and Overall Satisfaction.
Of the 197 awards:
- 146 were earned by Texas facilities
- 38 were earned by Louisiana facilities
- 13 were earned by Mississippi facilities
Several facilities earned double-digit awards, demonstrating consistent performance across multiple domains of care and service delivery.
