Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

A little upgrade for our Administrator, Marcus! 💙 Since he’s always on the move with his laptop, our Prairie Meadows team decided his side table needed a serious upgrade, so we surprised him with his very own personalized cart!

Of course, we had to represent his Dallas Cowboys and New York Knicks, add some storage for his essentials, a big bell to call meetings to order, and even a few jingle bells so we can hear him coming down the hall! 😂🔔

It’s the little things that make work more fun and keep our team smiling. If you see Marcus cruising the halls with his new cart, be sure to give him a thumbs up! 👍

We loved celebrating her special day at Prairie Meadows! Her family decorated her door and took her out for a birthday celebration, while Jed made sure to make the day extra special with a handmade birthday card and a round of “Happy Birthday!” ❤️
