Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

From a fun Bingo game with Max from Trinity Hospice to singing songs, playing a competitive balloon toss, dominoes, “make the ball in the bucket,” and coloring, our residents stayed busy doing what matters most — having fun together. 🎉💙
We wrapped it all up by sharing popcorn tins generously donated by Sylvia and Jane with residents and staff, making the day even sweeter. 🍿
