Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

To show our appreciation, our administrative team created the Morale Mobile, a fun employee recognition cart filled with sweet treats, snacks, and little surprises to brighten someone’s day!

Today we celebrate Ms. Linda August as she waves goodbye to New Iberia Manor North and heads home after a successful therapy stay!

🛍️ A day of shopping, smiles, and great company!
Our residents enjoyed a fun outing to JCPenney, where they spent the day browsing the aisles, picking out new clothes and shoes, and finding a few great deals along the way. It was a wonderful opportunity to get out into the community, enjoy time with friends, and make lasting memories together.
