Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

A huge thank you to the PlayBoy Band for spending the day with our residents and filling New Iberia Manor North with fantastic live music. Every visit brings smiles, singing, and memories that make the day extra special.
This performance was especially meaningful because one of the band’s talented musicians, Mr. Samuel Garb, is a former short-term resident. It’s always a joy to welcome him back and see him sharing his musical talents with our residents once again.
Thank you to the entire band for your time, dedication, and the happiness you bring to our community.

Walking Home with Love 💙🏡
Some stories stay with you forever, and today was one of those days.
For years, Mr. James Norman has been a familiar face in our community. Every morning, he could be found outside his home, waving to everyone who passed by with a warm smile.
When Mr. James needed skilled therapy, he chose New Iberia Manor North for his care. Through determination and hard work, he achieved an incredible goal, walking again.
Today, our team had the privilege of doing something truly special. Instead of simply discharging him, we walked alongside Mr. James as he returned home across the street on his own two feet.
As if that wasn’t meaningful enough, today also happened to be his wife’s 80th birthday. Mr. James was able to walk home carrying flowers and surprise her with a birthday kiss and a beautiful bouquet—a moment none of us will ever forget.
Thank you, Mr. James and family, for trusting us with your care. It has been an honor to be part of your journey, and we’re looking forward to seeing your friendly wave from across the street once again.
