Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.
A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nason during his short stay with us following a hospitalization after a fall at home. Throughout his therapy journey, he showed incredible determination, resilience, and a positive spirit that brightened every room he entered. đź’™
We’re excited to share that he has since returned home with his family, continuing his recovery in the comfort of a familiar and loving environment. Even though some time has passed since his discharge, we still wanted to celebrate the progress he made while with us and send him our heartfelt well-wishes.
Mr. Nason, it was truly an honor to be part of your journey. We’re cheering you on as you continue regaining strength, independence, and confidence every day. 💙✨
