Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Our residents had such a wonderful time enjoying arts & crafts with American Health Advantage. From colorful fall leaves to beautiful tree designs, everyone loved getting hands-on and expressing their creativity. The smiles and masterpieces say it all! ❤️

💪 Patient Success Spotlight!
Less than a month ago, this amazing patient came to us after surgery for a fractured patella. At that time, Ms. Carpenter was unable to stand or walk — and every step of movement was a challenge.
Through hard work, consistency, and teamwork in therapy, she is now standing and walking again! 🙌 Her determination and positive attitude has been incredible to watch, and we couldn’t be more proud of her progress.
