Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Home sweet home! ✨
Ms. Douglas joined us for therapy following a hospitalization, and although her stay was only a couple of weeks, she made incredible progress in a short amount of time.
With determination, hard work, and the support of our dedicated therapy team, Ms. Douglas achieved the strength and confidence she needed to safely return home. Every therapy session brought her one step closer to reaching her goal, and we couldn’t be more proud of all she accomplished.
It was a pleasure having Ms. Douglas as part of our therapy family. We wish her continued strength, health, and happiness as she begins this next chapter at home.

Every step forward is worth celebrating. ✨
Ms. Lettie Davis spent the past two months in therapy with us following a fall that resulted in fractures to her right upper and lower extremities. When she arrived, she was unable to walk or independently complete many everyday tasks.
With determination, hard work, and the support of our dedicated therapy team, Ms. Davis made incredible progress. From taking her first steps with a platform walker to advancing to a rolling walker and practicing stairs, she regained strength, confidence, and independence every step of the way.
Watching her reach her goal of returning home has been a joy for our entire team. While we’ll miss her smile and positive spirit, we’re so excited to see her continue thriving at home.
