Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Our Grenada residents enjoyed getting out and doing a little shopping during their Walmart outing. From browsing the aisles to picking out a few favorites, it was a fun day spent together!

We’re celebrating Mr. Allen and the wonderful progress he made during his time with us! 💙
Mr. Allen joined us for therapy following a hospitalization and spent several weeks working hard toward his goals. Through his dedication and determination, he made excellent progress throughout his stay.
We were so proud to see him reach his goals and return home to continue his journey. 🏡✨
It was our privilege to be a part of Mr. Allen’s recovery, and we’re so happy to know he’s back home and doing well. We wish him continued health, happiness, and success!

Today we’re celebrating Ms. Spencer and the incredible progress she has made during her time with us! 💙
Over the past couple of months, Ms. Spencer has worked hard in therapy and has made excellent progress toward her goals. Her determination and positive attitude have been an inspiration to everyone around her.
Beyond her accomplishments, Ms. Spencer has been an absolute joy to have in our facility. Her kind spirit, warm personality, and smile have brightened the days of both our staff and fellow residents. While we are excited to see her return home, we will certainly miss seeing her around.
