Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

We were so proud to see Mr. Martin make great progress during his time with us and reach the goal of returning home! Seeing him up and walking is a wonderful example of the hard work and determination he put into his therapy.

Progress worth celebrating! 💙👏
Mr. Donahue recently joined us for therapy following several hospitalizations that left him with increased weakness and unable to stand. We are so excited to share that he is making great progress and as you can see, he is back on his feet and standing again! 💪
Mr. Donahue is always such a pleasure to work with and brings so much joy and encouragement to those around him. His positive spirit is a wonderful addition to our facility, and we love watching him work hard toward his therapy goals.
