Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Today we celebrate Ms. Davis! ❤️
Ms. Davis came to The Woodlands after a debilitating hospital stay, needing rehabilitation and a whole lot of determination. Day by day, she worked hard, pushed through the tough moments, and trusted her therapy team.
And after her rehab… she WALKED out! 👏🏼🚶♀️
What an incredible transformation! From coming to us after a difficult hospital stay to leaving on her own two feet is exactly why we do what we do. 💪🏼❤️
We are so proud of you, Ms. Davis! We will miss seeing your smiling face, but we are SO excited to see you go home! 🏡🎉

We were excited to welcome Jodie Stogner, PT, ATP/SMS, with Ki Mobility by Etac for an informative Lunch & Learn focused on Complex Rehab vs. DME Wheelchair Evaluations! ♿️
Jodie shared valuable insight into the differences between complex rehab and standard DME, the importance of appropriate wheelchair evaluations, and how the right equipment can make such a meaningful difference in mobility, positioning, safety, independence, and quality of life for our residents.
We’re always looking for opportunities to expand our knowledge and strengthen the care we provide—and continuing education like this helps our therapy team stay equipped to advocate for the best solutions for our patients! 💙
