Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

🪼🌊 Our Memory Care gentlemen had an ocean of fun today! 🌊🪼

Today we got creative making colorful jellyfish while learning fun facts about the amazing creatures that live in our oceans. This fun activity is getting us excited as we count down to Shark Week next week! 🦈

Flamingos, fun, and plenty of smiles! 🦩🎯

Our Memory Care gentlemen had a blast testing their aim during today’s flamingo target practice! There were lots of laughs, friendly competition, and even a few bullseyes. Activities like these encourage hand-eye coordination, focus, movement, and—most importantly—create joyful moments together.

I have been at Willow Park for five years and I am only 43 years old. I grew up in Clifton and graduated from Clifton High School. I have many friends and family that live in Clifton, I even have friends I went to school with that work at Willow Park. I never imagined I would have to live in a nursing home at such a young age but being here has been a blessing in my life. They have given me back some of my independence and for that I will be forever grateful! I love following them on social media and being able to be a part of their families. It’s neat to be able to know what’s going on with their kids and to see all their pictures! I also get to share what is going on in my children’s life with them.
