Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Our residents had a blast testing their aim and trying their luck during a fun-filled game of Penny Pitching Thursday! With prizes spread across the game board and plenty of friendly competition in the air, every toss brought excitement, laughter, and cheers from the crowd. 🎉
From snacks and treats to bragging rights, there was something everyone had their eye on! Activities like these keep our residents engaged, social, and smiling while creating memories together along the way. 😊💙

🎲 We kicked off our very first Monthly Domino Tournament at Vivian, and it was a great success! Residents gathered for an afternoon of friendly competition, strategy, laughter, and plenty of fun as they put their domino skills to the test.
The tournament brought everyone together for socialization, teamwork, and a little healthy rivalry while creating lasting memories with friends. We look forward to making this a monthly tradition and seeing who will take home bragging rights next time!

Our 2nd Annual Family & Friends Day was a wonderful celebration filled with fellowship, music, and community! 💛🎶
