Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

In honor of National Bean Day, our residents enjoyed a special Sensory Works activity where they created essential oil bean bag sachets! ✨
This hands-on activity allowed everyone to explore different textures and calming scents while making something they could keep and enjoy. It was relaxing, fun, and filled with smiles throughout the room. 💕

💪🎈 Body Works Fun at Pecan Creek! 🎈💪
Today during Body Works, our residents circled up and got moving by bouncing a ball to one another — keeping everyone active, engaged, and smiling! 😊
One of the highlights was when Mrs. Hopper jokingly said, “This is my ball!” — followed by lots of laughter as she clearly had a great time joining in on the fun. 😄💙
