Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

After Mrs. Pernell’s home was struck by a tornado in May, being close to her family while she healed and worked through therapy was especially important. Her family has been by her side every day, providing encouragement and support throughout her recovery.
As Mrs. Pernell and her family prepare for their next chapter in their new home, we’re celebrating how far she has come! We will certainly miss seeing this wonderful family at Natchez Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and wish them nothing but the best. 🏡💙

After her weight-bearing precautions were lifted, Ms. Pernell is back on her feet and ambulating with the support of our therapy team. Every step is a testament to her hard work, determination, and commitment to reaching her rehabilitation goals. 💪

❤️ Communication is a beautiful thing!
Mr. Neal Rosenblatt is making wonderful progress using his AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) device. During therapy, he used it to tell his therapist that he loves her, a heartfelt moment that reminds us how meaningful every connection can be. 🥹
