Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

My first association with Natchez Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center was in 2018. I needed short-term rehab due to a fall. Because of various employees I met, when it came time to live in a facility permanently, my decision was an easy one. Prayers were offered up to God by me, my family, and my friends. We all got the same answer. This is now my “house” and my home. My fellow residents are my extended family and friends. Guess who gets the great blessing when I do the very smallest thing for someone else? ME! 10 times over! Natchez rehab and healthcare center is right where my God intended me to live.

My mother is 95, my daughter is 48, and I am 71. The three of us live completely stress-free due to my life at Natchez. For the first time in my life, I feel like me and what a wonderful feeling that is!!

Amanda, Kayla, office staff, nurses, CNAs, therapy staff, dietary staff, housekeeping, activities, social, and maintenance all work together to create a TEAM because there is no “I” in team! My physician and NP are wonderful. They listen to me about my body and mind, and we have even reached compromises at times.
