Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Another Midwestern adventure in the books! 🚌✨

Our residents took a trip to the Museum of North Texas History and discovered so many fascinating pieces of local history. One fact that surprised us? Amelia Earhart made a stopover right here in Wichita Falls at the Municipal Airport on June 16, 1931! ✈️ We didn’t know that either!

We love outings that give our residents the chance to explore, learn something new, and experience the history of our community together. ❤️
