Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

My experience with Midwestern has been an awesome one. The residents and staff are my extended family. Midwestern is my home away from home. What I like most about our home is that it is a heartfelt and sincere place. In my 32 years of nursing, I haven’t experienced this feeling until I came here. From the laundry staff to the Administrator, they are very caring and look out for the residents’ best interests. I had left Midwestern for approximately a year to pursue another position, but I came back as soon as there was an opening. Would I recommend this home to my family or friends? Absolutely. The care that is given here is exceptional.
