Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our weekly Thursday Senior Center Bingo at Lakeview! 🎉
We always enjoy opening our doors to the community for an afternoon of fun, laughter, friendly competition, and great company. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and new friends gathering together to enjoy bingo, snacks, and fellowship.
A special thank you to Autumn Winds Assisted Living for bringing over some of their residents to join the fun. We loved having you with us and look forward to seeing everyone again next Thursday!
