Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We were so excited to donate 15 backpacks filled with school supplies to our friends at Flatonia Elementary School! 🎒📚 Each bag was packed with essentials to help students start the school year strong.
A big highlight of the visit was being greeted by their adorable school therapy dog, Winston- what a sweet welcome! 🐾💛
