Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

My 95-year-old Aunt has been a resident of Cedar Ridge the past 2 weeks following a 13 day stay in the hospital with COVID. Our experience with all the team members has been excellent! Kandi initially greeted us as a family and guided us though the entry paperwork. During a recent winter storm, during which time we were not able to visit, she made certain we were able to connect with my aunt. All staff members, Administrative team, Receptionist, Social Workers, Nurses/Aides, Physical Therapists, Dietary, Cleaning Staff, have been compassionate, responsive, professional, and highly proficient in every detail of her care. My aunt has responded well to their coordinated treatment plan, and will be returning home soon! You will not find a more qualified team of professionals to acre for your loved one! We will be forever grateful for their loving care of our Aunt who will be celebrating her 96th birthday in March! May God Bless each and every one who has been a part of her treatment and recovery!
