Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

🍎🍯 We had a wonderful time celebrating National Farmers Market Week at Renaissance!
Our team came together to create a special farmers market experience filled with homemade chicken salad, banana pudding, fresh cookies, refreshing lemonade, jams, honey, fresh fruits and veggies, and plenty of other treats! 🍇🍪🍋
Our residents loved browsing the market, picking out their favorites, and loading up on goodies to enjoy. ❤️ A huge thank you to our amazing team for making this such a fun experience for everyone!
