Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

A little update from our wonderful Activity Director, Donna! 🧡
Before taking some time away for surgery, Donna and our residents made the most of their last week together with plenty of fall fun. Everyone enjoyed creating their own mini caramel apple plates, and they looked just as delicious as they tasted! 🍎🍂
Residents also got creative decorating their own cups, making hydration a little more fun. One of our cooks even asked everyone to help decorate a cup for him by choosing one sticker each, and we think they did an amazing job!
Donna has missed her residents so much and cannot wait to be back in one more week for cards, games, treats, virtual travels, and all the fun they enjoy together. We can’t wait to have you back, Donna! 🧡 ...
