Our facility offers short-term and long-term rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. These disciplines deliver therapy services with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest functional level of independence possible. Our therapists have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that covers a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. We offer niche programs including advanced wound care services, neurological, respiratory and orthopedic rehabilitation with an emphasis on community re-entry.
Our rehabilitation goals for our short and long-term residents are directed by the individual with the support of the licensed therapist under the direction of their physician.

Our facility offers rehabilitation services for patients who have orthopedic injuries or have undergone joint replacement surgery.
Our interdisciplinary team may include: physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapist, social worker, dietitian and case managers. Working alongside our patients and their families, our team prepares a personalized care plan with the goal of achieving and maintaining the highest functional level of independence possible.
Our facility offers outpatient rehabilitation therapy for patients who need a little extra help, without staying overnight. We offer transportation to and from your home.
