We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. After not being outside for a couple of years, one of our residents enjoyed a special outing in the August sunshine. Tears welled up as she felt the wind on her face, admired the beautiful flowers and trees, and enjoyed a refreshing popsicle. 💙

A little friendly competition turned into a BIG brain workout! Our residents and therapists challenged each other with a brain game targeting memory, attention, problem-solving, processing speed, and quick thinking, all while sharing plenty of laughs! 💪
