Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Creativity and fun were in full bloom at Picayune! 🌸

Our residents had a great time making beautiful 3D flowers and showing off their creativity. We also kept the excitement going with our $6 blackout bingo games—lots of laughs, friendly competition, and happy winners!

We had an egg-cellent time at Picayune! 🐣🌸💛

Our residents enjoyed a fun-filled day celebrating Easter with festive decorations, sweet treats, and plenty of smiles all around. From colorful setups to special moments shared together, it was a day full of joy and laughter!
