Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.
🎆 Our Fourth of July celebration was one to remember at Picayune! Residents enjoyed a day filled with festive fun, delicious food, laughter, and wonderful company as we celebrated together. From sharing smiles to making special memories, it was the perfect way to honor the holiday with friends and our amazing team.

As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, our residents took part in a special activity creating paper links that represent the many ways we are all connected as Americans. Each link served as a reminder that while our stories may be different, we are united by shared values, experiences, and pride in our nation.
