Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

🎪🎡 Step right up! Our Summer Carnival was one for the books! 🍿🌭

Residents at Picayune Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center enjoyed an afternoon filled with carnival fun, delicious treats, games, laughter, and smiles all around. From posing at the snack bar to enjoying carnival favorites like corn dogs, pretzels, and ice cream, everyone had a wonderful time making memories together.

Picayune Rehab has been there when my family needed them. My grandmother was there years ago and they took very good care of her. My brother is there now and I receive help from all staff. The social services department is willing to help with anything you may need. The facility has been very accommodating with visitation, video calls, and phone calls with all the COVID issues.
