Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

When I arrived here, my goal was to walk again after my fracture. I knew that there was a lot of work I needed to do to reach my goal. I also was told Patterson Healthcare was the best place for me to get rehab. The staff here are amazing and truly care about their residents. They will go above and beyond for everyone. I have been working with therapy and have been progressing every week. This week I have taken actual steps during therapy, and I couldn’t be happier! While growing up, I worked with my dad fixing up mobile homes. I always worked with my hands and always did manual labor. I wasn’t in the best place before coming to Patterson Healthcare, but I came here in hopes to progress more and become more comfortable on my feet again. My goal is to return home after therapy and be in my own place again. I truly love It here. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I needed to be here to become a stronger person once I’m back in the community. I have gained more confidence, I’m moving more, and I’m in less pain.

Ever Since I have started working at Patterson Healthcare Center, it has brought a new light into my life. The employees and residents have something so special about them.
