Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

🎃 PUMPKIN SPICE & THERAPY NICE! 🎃

Our Therapy Team brought a little fall fun into Speech, PT, and OT today! 🍂 Residents worked on their therapy goals while creating their own jack-o’-lanterns, because who says therapy can’t include a little creativity? 🧡

We worked on everything from strength, mobility, and fine motor skills to following directions, sequencing, memory, and problem solving while everyone gave their pumpkin a personality of its own. 🎃✨

And because no fall activity is complete without a treat… we finished the day with Brownie Pumpkins! Because around here, we take our therapy goals seriously, but our snacks pretty seriously too. 😂

These senior bibs were lovingly made and donated by the talented ladies of the Magic Fingers Quilting Club from Napoleonville and presented by Milena. We are so grateful for the time, care, and creativity that went into each one. Thank you for thinking of our residents and sharing such a thoughtful gift with our community!

When I arrived here 3 years ago, I was not doing well. I have progressed a lot from my first day and only plan to continue to get better. The nursing staff and therapy team here have made the stay here great. Overall, this is the best place to be and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

When I arrived here, my goal was to walk again after my fracture. I knew that there was a lot of work I needed to do to reach my goal. I also was told Patterson Healthcare was the best place for me to get rehab. The staff here are amazing and truly care about their residents. They will go above and beyond for everyone. I have been working with therapy and have been progressing every week. This week I have taken actual steps during therapy, and I couldn’t be happier! I will be smiling all week and it will only get better from here!
