Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful day filled with great company, good food, and special celebrations. From our first cookout of the summer to a fun monthly birthday party, it was a day to remember! 🎉🌭🍉

A special thank you to Jae Dorsey from Angels Care Home Health for joining us and sharing a lovely afternoon of tea with our residents—it meant so much to everyone.

Since joining Nexion Health, our facility has been continuously improving. Nexion has completed several capital improvement projects and some internal improvement projects are now helping to reduce our employee workload, while also improving resident care. North Star Ranch is home to me. Being that we are a smaller facility, you really get to know the residents who live here, as well as the families. You know them on a first name basis, and they know you and your family. The families care because they know we care. I can’t see myself working anywhere else, as I love all of my residents.
