Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Planting Season is in Full Bloom at North Star Ranch! 🪴🌼

Our residents enjoyed spending time outdoors, soaking up the fresh air, and getting their hands a little dirty while planting beautiful flowers together. Gardening is a wonderful way to encourage creativity, socialization, and a sense of accomplishment while brightening up our community.

🎨🖌️ Creativity was on full display at North Star Ranch!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the Creative Arts Center, where they had the opportunity to explore their artistic side, express themselves through art, and spend time out in the community!

From sketching and creating to sharing smiles and conversation, it was a day filled with inspiration, fun, and meaningful experiences. We love seeing our residents try new things and enjoy all the community has to offer! ❤️

North Star Ranch is home to me. Being that we are a smaller facility, you really get to know the residents who live here, as well as the families. You know them on a first name basis, and they know you and your family. The families care because they know we care. I can’t see myself working anywhere else, as I love all of my residents. They are like family. Working here is more than just a job to me.
