Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Summer Fun at North Star Ranch! 💦☀️🍰

Nothing beats a summer afternoon filled with laughter, water gun battles, and sweet treats! Our residents had a blast cooling off with a friendly water fight before gathering together to enjoy delicious cheesecake.

A special thank you to Brandy with Heart to Heart Hospice for treating everyone to the yummy cheesecake. Your kindness helped make the day even more special!

I’ve worked at this building for 20 years, starting out as a laundry attendant. I then attended CNA classes and became a Certified Nurse Aide. I then attended Medication Aide classes and become a Certified Medication Aide. Lastly, I went and got my license to become an Activity Director, which I am currently working as. I love working here because it’s a small home and the staff is like family to me. The residents here are like family, as well. I love all of them. We also have a great management team here at North Star Ranch.

Since joining Nexion Health, our facility has been continuously improving. Nexion has completed several capital improvement projects and some internal improvement projects are now helping to reduce our employee workload, while also improving resident care. I am very happy to be a part of the North Star management team and I am looking forward to completing additional facility improvements, as well as assisting in delivering excellent quality healthcare to all of our residents.
