Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Alvin has worked hard throughout his rehabilitation journey, showing determination, positivity, and a willingness to keep pushing forward—even when the road wasn’t always easy. One step at a time, he continued to build his strength, confidence, and independence.
We are incredibly proud of Alvin and all that he has accomplished! ❤️ His journey is a wonderful reminder that progress happens through perseverance, hard work, and believing in yourself.
