Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Our residents turned Coleman Healthcare Center into the ultimate Glow in the Dark Rave for Nursing Home Week and WOW — the energy was unreal! 🌟🎶💃🕺
Glow sticks lighting up the room, music bumping, “security” keeping an eye on the crowd 😎🚨, and residents dancing like nobody was watching!
The laughter was loud, the smiles were nonstop, and the memories made were absolutely priceless 💚✨
Whoever said nursing homes are boring clearly has NEVER been to one of our parties 😜

Today we took our residents fishing, and the smiles said it all! From casting lines and watching the ducks swim by to sitting back and enjoying the calm outdoors, every moment was filled with laughter, relaxation, and pure joy. The fresh air, peaceful water, and conversations made this trip one to remember.
These are the moments that matter most—getting outside, making memories together, and enjoying the simple things in life. Our residents truly had a blast, and so did we! 💙🌿
