Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

When I came to visit with my mother, I met Mrs. Prelow, the Activity Director, who was delightful and very friendly. Even though my mother was there for a short period of time, everyone was very caring and helpful.

I have been here as a resident approximately 4 years for rehab after losing a part of my left leg above the knee. I have made great strides and improvements in my use of a prosthetic leg. I am on my 2nd prosthetics and correctly using a walker, but I continue to work in rehab therapy. The entire staff and doctors have been very supportive during my stay here and I appreciate everyone here for their dedication and support during my stay!

We have scheduled activities, it’s like being at work you know where you can or need to be. That’s a relief to know you always have something to do!
