Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Team South and Team North joined forces with Dionne to represent New Iberia Manor South and North in the Grand Marais Mardi Gras Parade! Our team had an amazing time celebrating, tossing beads, and enjoying the festive spirit with the community.

Mrs. Virginia has officially completed her final day of therapy, and we could not be more proud of her accomplishment! 🎉

Throughout her time in the therapy gym, she brought warmth, kindness, and unwavering determination to every session. Her positive spirit lifted those around her, and her hard work is reflected in the incredible progress she has achieved.

As she graduated, she shared these heartfelt words with our team:

I have been employed by Nexion since April, 2015. I started as a floor nurse, was promoted to an administrative nurse in charge of medical records and am now in the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. The best thing about working for Nexion is the ”team” mentality that is present in our facility. Our CNA’s, Floor nurses, and Administrative nurses work as a team to make sure our resident’s get the upmost care. Everyone will step in and help out where needed. Our resident’s care and safety come first, and this concept is one that is carried out on a daily basis.
