Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Residents Eula and Mary had a great time challenging each other to a game of giant Connect Four during therapy. While they were having fun, they were also working on important skills like problem-solving, strategic thinking, visual scanning, upper body movement, standing tolerance, balance, and social interaction.

🏇🐎 The residents at New Iberia Manor South had a great time during our Horse Race Activity! The room was filled with excitement, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering as everyone picked their favorites and watched the races unfold.
