We are a 142-bed facility located in the heart of Kingsville, Texas. Lone Star Ranch is proudly a part of the Nexion Health family. We are happy to continue the Nexion traditions of a progressive approach to treatment that combines collaboration between primary physicians, individualized rehab services, and resident and family education. Mariposa Lane is our dedicated 24-bed secured unit for Alzheimer&#8217;s and dementia residents. We provide activities and care specially designed for those with cognitive impairments.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our mission is to stay on the cutting edge of short-term and long-term care for our residents and employees. We are constantly striving to achieve the highest quality of life for our residents.
