Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

When Betty arrived at Cross Timbers, she was unable to stand or transfer without extensive assistance. Through determination, positivity, and hard work, she showed up every day ready to improve — always the first at the gym door, always encouraging others, and always wearing a smile.

I was so proud to receive an award from Texas Health for nurse of the year in 2017. I love working for Nexion and am thankful to work with all the amazing people we have. I absolutely LOVE working at Cross Timbers Rehab & Healthcare. I’ve been the Admissions Coordinator for almost two years now. I enjoy helping patients and families navigate through the process of admitting, answering their questions and making sure they feel comfortable leaving their loved ones in our care. I treat each patient as if they are family and am so proud when a patient is finished with their therapy and can return home. We have a great group of staff that genuinely care about the patients.

With all my heart I would like to say if anyone has been hurt or needs to restore their body back to health, Cross Timbers should be your first choice. This is my fourth stay here and I know without a doubt I will go home safe and healthy. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and at home. Everyone I have had any dealings with are very caring and gentle. Each stay I have had here, I’ve been honored to be here. I have very bad vertigo and fell three weeks ago and broke my right ankle, heel and four bones on the top of my right foot. Without Cross Timbers I don’t know where I would be.
