Our facility is committed to providing quality and compassionate nursing and rehabilitation services in a safe, comfortable environment. We strive to make your “home away from home”, whether a short or long-term need, a satisfying healing experience. Our nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary care team members have extensive and diverse clinical expertise that meet the wide range of chronic and acute conditions of individuals who are not quite ready to return safely home following a planned medical intervention or unexpected medical complication. Our team is equally focused on meeting the long-term holistic needs of those who choose to make our facility their permanent residence. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. We are excited to be your local leader in nursing & rehabilitation services.

Many of the staff go above and beyond in their jobs here at Cornerstone. The nursing staff and respiratory team take really great care of me. Audia definitely goes out of her way for anyone and everyone! I love helping and participating in activities. Words cannot express how much they do for us; I have built such a relationship with the director and assistant. I can ALWAYS count on them for a listening ear. The therapy team here is awesome. They work hard to help me improve my quality of life. If it was not for some of the staff, I wouldn’t be here. They are like the family I’ve never had. There are a great bunch of residents here and we have a wonderful community. The administrator takes a personal interest in our wants and needs. Words cannot express what these people mean to me. I’m thankful for all of them and pray for them too. They will always be my family.

I wanted to be near my family, that is why I picked Cornerstone Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The people here at Cornerstone are really great. They are very helpful and listen to all of my questions. I enjoy living and being here. It is very peaceful and quiet and exactly what I was looking for. I also enjoy the activities. Cornerstone is a great place to live.

My experience here at Cornerstone has been long. I have been here going on 5 years and they have taken very good care of me. Our nurses and CNAs here are good. What I like most is if I have questions, they are always glad to explain something to me until I understand. I don’t think if I went anywhere else, I would get the care I have received here.
