Our affiliates in Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas offer numerous accommodations to give their residents the freedom and comfort they want and deserve.<\/p>\n<p>The care teams at our affiliated facilities firmly believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to care, with an emphasis on quality of life. The staff works closely with their residents to encourage them to reach and maintain their highest level of function. This is accomplished through rehabilitation, engaging activities,&nbsp;and personalized care.<\/p>\n<p>Our affiliates also offer respite and hospice care.<\/p>\n<p>Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7&nbsp;days a week. Additionally, we offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spacious private Medicare suites, available for short-term residents during skilled service stays at select facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Fun and engaging activities throughout the month.<\/li>\n<li>Active Resident Council, giving residents the freedom to give input about facility related issues.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tarRoIzcu74\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nexion Neighbor Program<\/a>, connecting a staff member with each resident to provide extra attention, support, and a personal connection.<\/li>\n<li>Residents are welcome to bring their pets to visit or live with them.
