Affiliates Receive Customer Experience Award

We are proud to announce that 12 of our affiliated facilities were recognized by Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm, with the 2017 Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™. The Customer Experience Award
™ is awarded to care providers who have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group. Various residents and family members were surveyed through the last year on several aspects of our affiliates’ services, including Admissions Process, Activities, Nursing Care, Communication from the Facility and Professional Therapy Services. The below facilities received the Customer Experience Award
™ for at least one of the services included in the survey.
