Nexion Health
Nexion Health, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Fran Kirley and Bretton Bolt. Both Fran and Brett have extensive experience in the long-term care industry and when they joined forces, they did so with one core philosophy — to provide quality care and in turn provide each resident with a high quality of life. Whether their stay is for a day, a week or a lifetime, residents of any age will feel right at home.
Today, Nexion affiliates operate 40 skilled nursing and rehabilitation campuses in three different states — Colorado, Louisiana and Texas. Although each operates autonomously, they are guided by administrators, nurses and staff who are trained to uphold our philosophy, provide a high level of clinical care, and do so with compassion in each and every community we serve.
At our Nexion homes, we pride ourselves on our warm, positive culture, structured programs, modalities, and advanced rehabilitation equipment. We pride ourselves on positive clinical outcomes, resident and family member testimonials, satisfaction reports and AHCA Quality Awards.
The Nexion Neighbor Program
The Nexion Neighbor Program was created with a goal of meeting our residents’ needs in the best way possible. This includes but is not limited to being cared for in a clean, caring, comfortable environment and having a positive experience while residing at one of our homes.
To carry this out, we work to connect a staff member with each resident. The staff member is then charged with the responsibility to provide extra attention and support. Sometimes our residents just want someone to listen or to hold their hand. No matter how basic or comprehensive, the Nexion Neighbor Program is a valuable initiative that keeps our philosophy not just in theory, but in practice.
