Nexion Health, Inc. is a privately held corporation formed in
 October 2000 by two partners with over 35 years of combined 
experience in the long-term care industry. Headquartered northwest
of Baltimore in Eldersburg, Maryland, Nexion affiliates operate
approximately 40 skilled nursing facilities located throughout
Texas, Louisiana and Colorado. Over 4,000 dedicated caregivers 
 provide a wide range of nursing and rehabilitative services to over
 4,000 residents who call one of our homes, their home.

Nexion is committed to being a leading provider of long-term
care services in each community we serve. Each member of
our staff undergoes orientation and training in the Nexion way--
