OMEGA HEALTHCARE AND NEXION HEALTH
ANNOUNCE COMPLETION OF THREE TRANSACTIONS
Affiliates of Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. and Nexion Health, Inc. have entered into
a lease transaction effective November 1, 2005. Omega is acquiring 2 Skilled Nursing
facilities and one free-standing Pediatric Skilled Nursing facility from two sellers and
leasing them to Nexion affiliates. The three facilities are located in Texas.
Dan Booth, Chief Executive Officer of Omega Healthcare said, "We are pleased to enter
