Nexion Neighbor Program


The Nexion Neighbor Program is aimed at identifying customer needs related to service and
care to ensure that these needs are met in the best way possible. Equally important, this 
program is used to identify excellence in quality care and customer service in order to 
recognize those individuals responsible for providing outstanding service.

The ultimate goal of the program is to ensure that our residents and patients are cared for
in a clean, caring, comfortable environment and have a positive experience while living in
our facility. The key to success will be to foster a culture within each facility that 
demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The Nexion Neighbor Program connects a staff member with each resident to provide extra
attention and support. The Nexion Neighbor Program seeks to assure that residents are  
assisted with all aspects of their care, from answering questions about services to providing
a moment of friendly conversation, all in a warm, nurturing environment focused on quality
of life.
